Jennifer P. Howland, is recognized in the industry as an expert in leading large, global development teams, developing and progressing diverse technical talent, developing career reentry programs, unconscious bias training and career development, having been a frequent speaker at many notable conferences.

As the former Managing Director at iRelaunch, the pioneering company in the career reentry space, she co-led the iRelaunch consulting practice and co-led the STEM Reentry Task Force with the Society of Women Engineers. Prior to joining iRelaunch, Jennifer spent 35 fulfilling years as an engineer, manager and executive spanning engineering, strategy, product and services development, business and process transformation, service delivery and technical talent development - where she created and expanded IBM’s successful Tech Re-Entry program. Her last role at IBM was executive of IBM’s Pathways Program for experienced, diverse technical talent, a worldwide program to develop and implement bold actions to increase the representation of women and under-represented minorities in IBM’s technical executive positions. Through her numerous management and executive level roles in male-dominated environments she has always been passionate about helping women advance their careers.

Jennifer has been recognized for her efforts on behalf of women and women in engineering. Accolades include the 2017 Good Housekeeping “10 Women Changing the Way We See the World” award for leadership in science and technology, the 2018 Hudson Valley Magazine “Women in Business” leadership award, the 2019 Society of Women Engineer’s “Advocating Women in Engineering” award, and the 2020 Clarkson University Golden Knight award, Clarkson’s most prestigious alumni award.

Jennifer earned her B.S. in electrical and computer engineering from Clarkson University and an M.S. in manufacturing systems engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Steve Fechheimer has been Chief Executive Officer of New Belgium Brewery since 2017 where he oversees New Belgium’s executive team, short-term strategy, industry leadership, and day-to-day operations. He joined New Belgium from Beam Suntory, the world’s third-largest premium spirits company where he was Chief Strategy Officer.

LILY KANTER is a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in the home design industry. She has founded and led four very successful companies as a cofounder and CEO in the past 20 years; including Serena & Lily, Boon Supply, Averylily and Mill Valley Baby & Kids Home.

Lily spent the early part of her career in accounting and technology leadership.  While at Microsoft she was awarded the Frontier award from Bill Gates for innovating their first Retail presence in San Francisco.  She left Microsoft in late 2000 to start a family and focus her time and energy on philanthropic causes. She was featured on the cover of Time Magazine in July 2000 as part of the cover story “The New Philanthropists” for sponsoring and mentoring disadvantaged young adults into technology careers.

After having her first child, Lily decided to leave the corporate world and open Mill Valley Baby & Kids Home which ultimately led to the founding of Serena & Lily.  She built and led Serena & Lily as the CEO for thirteen years. Peg McGetrick is currently a non-executive Director and former interim CEO for Boston asset  manager Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co (GMO). She is a member of the Board of  Trustees of Save the Children International, and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee; and  Save the Children U.S., where she is the Chair of the Finance Committee. She was a founding  partner of Liberty Square Asset Management, a majority woman-owned hedge fund with over $5  billion AUM (1998-2015) and before that a Partner of Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co  where she led the International Equity division (1985-1996). Ms. McGetrick began her  investment career in non-US equities as an analyst for The Commonfund for International  Investments. She has also served on the Investment Committee for Partners Healthcare  System (2010-2019). She was previously on the Board and Investment committees of several  educational institutions including Providence College, The Wheeler School, Friends Academy  and Our Sister School. Ms. McGetrick graduated from Providence College with a BS in  Psychology and Business Management, and holds a MS in Finance from Fairfield University.  Ms. McGetrick resides in New York City and South Dartmouth, MA.
