Matthew Callihan has been investing in real estate since 2010 and has experience with Multifamily, short sales, fix-n-flips, single family rentals, wholesaling, and private money lending. He holds a Bachelors degree from Park University. While attending college Matthew worked as a Financial Representative with Northwestern Mutual and enjoys educating young people on finance and the many different investment strategies available. As a real estate investor, Duc is a partner in 732 units across 6 states. He is a limited partner in a 114 unit apartment complex in Atlanta, GA, a 310 unit community in El Paso, TX, and a 192-unit in Longview, TX.
