This weeks episode is a talk between Casper Bilton & Jeff Lester on Meditation, plant-based lifestyle & health. This is a really special talk with a friend of mine living in the mountains of Mexico working with wellness, meditation & yoga.
Jeff Lester wants nothing more than to share his passion and love for self enquiry with you. To offer you a vigorous and authentic yogic experience that will inspire you to ask yourself new questions about what’s possible in your life. There's good evidence for those as well, with studies reporting that meditation helps relieve our subjective levels of anxiety and depression, and improve attention, concentration, and overall psychological well-being.
Former Athlete Casper, is the owner of a Plant-based & whole-foods restaurant in Copenhagen.
