There are traps the enemy has set and can take advantage of Sin to ensnare a believer.

Weights are designed to slow down a believer. Not just sin and addiction, but anything that can trap you. Anything in your life right now that you can't tie to purpose of the Kingdom can become an idol because it can stop you from your destiny.

In this teaching, we learn that on our path to greatness in God, weight can be a limitation and we are taught ways to overcome it.

God has a book of life, and entry into it requires justification. Through Jesus, our sins are paid for, and we are deemed righteous.

God also has a book of records. It's possible to be in the Book of Life but not in the Book of records, as being in Christ and doing things for Christ are two different things. The trajectory of your life and the trajectory of God’s plan must not be far apart. It must be one and the same

The things of the spirit must always be taught and there should be no room for assumption . Prayer is one of those things that must be taught.

When we pray we are changed as God's priority is more on the person praying than the prayer. Our spiritual capacities are also enhanced when we pray.

In this sermon, we learnt more why we should pray and what happens when we pray.

Your spiritual radar must be up and on at every gathering of believers. While it is beneficial to desire words of knowledge, wisdom, prophecies, and other spiritual gifts from others, we must also aim to edify each other.

Stage, lights, and cameras do not indicate God's presence at a believer’s gathering. God is present with or without these elements. Therefore, we must be sensitive to this reality and be prepared to flow in the Spirit.

When preparing for special meetings, we should prepare adequately to stir up hunger and expectations. There are endless possibilities when expectation meets the power of God so we need to prepare adequately to make the best out of every spiritual meeting

In this teaching, we learnt how expectation and hunger can help one make the best out of a spiritual meeting.

There is an operation of the workings of God where God blesses men with men. The pattern of God is to use men as His representatives here on earth.

What we receive from men of God is not just a laying on of hands but an impartation that comes with it.

It is therefore important to honor men of God so that we can be equipped and furnished for what God wants to do through us.

God wants us to experience Him together as much as He wants us to experience Him individually. God uses Men to bless Men. Meetings are important as we receive impaction by the Minister and a mutual benefit is experienced when we come together.

Spiritual meetings are not an option for a believer, it is a necessity. Special meetings are all other meetings added together: Teaching meetings, Prayer meetings, Believers meetings and Evangelism as a result.

To make the best of Special meetings we are to recognize and honor God and his people. We can show that by staying prayed up, planning towards it, avoiding distractions and not being one and by participating.

Expect a refreshing from every meeting!

To be able to stand the test of time, you must cultivate patience and perseverance.

Waiting is the key to spiritual strength. If you don’t want to grow weary in your faith, you must embrace waiting. It helps build capacity and resilience for the future. Impatience will only jeopardize your spiritual growth. Therefore, you must learn to invest in sustaining practices like prayer and devotion. You must learn to "Qavah"

Times of refreshing are spiritual experiences that makes you fresh, including times of personal devotion, times with the body of Christ, and times of revival events.

These experiences are a benefit of salvation and help anticipate times of restoration when Jesus returns. These times take us back to where we need to be in our walk with God and realign our priorities.

Retreats are essential in seeking these times, preparing you to win in the world you are in, and staying on track spiritually through prayer.

The gospel is everything. It is so simple that a child can understand it yet so profound that you will spend a lifetime exploring and experiencing its fullness.
