As a believer, you can grow in faith. Those who do more for God have expanded their faith by hearing and acting on His Word.

Faith isn’t wishful thinking, it’s action. It dares to see the future God has promised and brings it into the present. If God has given you the capacity, use it fully. Believe it, walk in it, and watch it manifest.

A believer must take heed of his heart. You have a part to play in remaining steadfast. You must understand that the things you feed on will significantly affect your walk with God.

The church in Colossae had issues with doctrines from Jewish teachers laying on them legalism. But Apostle Paul teaches them to stand firm in the truth of the Word of God and reminds them of how their experience with Christ should affect their conduct.

Sometimes, the hard times you go through are to make you stronger.

God has a will too, and He cannot be threatened to do as you will. Therefore, submit to His sovereignty.
