In this episode, I sit down with Megan Faller, a homeschooling mom of four and founder of The Aligned Cycle. We're diving into a fascinating conversation about aligning productivity and rest with our hormonal cycles. Megan shares how understanding the natural rhythms of our bodies can transform the way we approach our work, relationships, and overall well-being.
We explore the two main phases of the menstrual cycle—follicular and luteal—and how the fluctuations of estrogen and progesterone influence our mood, energy levels, and ability to focus. Megan breaks down how we can leverage these hormonal changes to optimize our productivity, and why it's crucial to honor the times when our bodies are calling for rest.
This episode is packed with insights on embracing the cyclical nature of our bodies, working in harmony with our design, and shedding the guilt of not adhering to a one-size-fits-all productivity model. Whether you're new to the concept of cycle syncing or looking to deepen your understanding, this conversation offers practical tips and a fresh perspective on living and working in alignment with how God uniquely created us as women.
Tune in, and let's explore how to create a more balanced, fulfilling life by embracing our cycles.

We often get caught up in the 'what’s next?' mentality, but today, I want to focus on savoring the blessings we have right now, even when the present moment feels tough.
Join me as I reflect on how we can all learn to live more fully in the moment, appreciate the blessings right in front of us, and trust that God’s plan is unfolding exactly as it should. Whether you’re in a season of waiting or just needing a reminder to slow down and savor life, this episode is for you.

In this episode, we're talking about a "gospel" that isn't found in the Bible, but seems to have taken root in many of our lives: the Gospel of the Suck. This is the mentality where we focus solely on the hardships, the struggles, and the belief that life is just too difficult. It’s a mindset that convinces us that nothing is going right and that we're victims of our circumstances.
But here's the truth—life is meant to be 50/50. Yes, we face challenges, but we're also given a choice. We can choose to focus on the blessings, the joy, and the purpose that God has for us, even in the midst of struggle. In this episode, I explore how we can shift from dwelling in the Gospel of the Suck to embracing a Gospel of Joy, Purpose, and Trust in God.
I'll share personal insights, stories, and the importance of believing that God has a reason for every season of our lives. Together, let’s learn to let go of the negativity and choose to live a life full of peace, joy, and abundance—no matter what our circumstances might be. Let’s create a new gospel for ourselves, one that reflects God's love and purpose for us.

In this episode, Let's talk about the often uncomfortable but incredibly empowering topic of rejection. We all face 'no's in life, and while they can sting, they don't have to define our worth or our future. I'll share personal experiences, including a poignant story from my college days as a vocal performance major, to illustrate how we can shift our mindset around rejection.
We'll explore how to transform 'no's into opportunities for growth and self-improvement, rather than internalizing them as failures. I'll discuss the lies that can spiral in our minds when we hear 'no' and how to combat them with the truth of our inherent worthiness, given to us by God.
Join me as we learn to accept and respect rejection, see 'no's as part of God's plan, and trust that every closed door is leading us to the right opportunity. Whether in personal life or business, getting comfortable with 'no' can open the door to more meaningful and fulfilling 'yes's.
Tune in for an episode full of insights, encouragement, and practical tips to help you embrace rejection with grace and confidence. As always, I'm here to support you on this journey—feel free to reach out with any questions or for further guidance.

Our guest, shares her empowering story of finding balance amidst life's many demands. From the challenges of motherhood, running a business, and marrige, we discuss how societal pressures often push us to do more and be more, leaving us burnt out and feeling inadequate.
We explore the myth of "doing it all" and how true self-care looks different for everyone. It's not about bubble baths and shopping sprees unless that's genuinely what rejuvenates you. Instead, it's about finding small, meaningful ways to care for yourself daily, whether it's setting up your coffee pot the night before, having a quiet prayer time, or simply asking for help without guilt.

In this episode, we will talk about the challenging yet transformative experience of embracing uncertainty in our lives. As human beings, feeling uncertain doesn’t come naturally to us; it’s an emotion we often resist. I share my personal journey and reflections on allowing ourselves to truly sit with uncertainty, without judgment, and how this practice can lead to genuine emotional processing and growth.
I recount the intense emotions I faced when my baby boy tried to arrive prematurely, and the overwhelming uncertainty that followed. I also touch upon the recent turmoil in Venezuela, my homeland, and the deep sense of powerlessness and pain it has caused. These experiences have reinforced my belief that God uses our emotions, including uncertainty, to teach us, help us grow, and draw us closer to Him.
Through stories and insights, I explore the concept of the “gray zone” – the space between the extremes of certainty and complete chaos. This zone is where we learn to trust God, surrender our fears, and build resilience. I share practical ways to practice surrender and find peace in God’s presence, even when the future is unclear!
