Welcome back to the Catholic Passage Podcast! If you haven't followed our recent seasonal podcast project, Soil and Soul, check it out by searching by that name on any podcast application. After the hiatus from our primary podcast, we're back with a fresh guest, and it's an exciting one! Today’s guest is Fr. John Nepil, one of the founders and hosts of the popular podcast, Catholic Stuff You Should Know, an established author, and an avid hiker and mountaineer. He is a priest of the Archdiocese of Denver and a member of the priestly association of the Companions of Christ. Fr. Nepil serves as vice-rector and professor of theology at St. John Vianney Seminary in Denver, Colorado.
This is an excellent episode where Fr. Nepil shares from his background, insight, and reflections. He and host John Sandy went through seminary together years ago and are able to catch up and laugh about stories from the past, while also relating well in discussions of the present.
We hope you enjoy their conversation and are able to take something from this very interesting dive into theology, family dynamics, passing on the faith, literature, outdoor fun, and more.
