Your 20s are the time to build yourself into something useful. Not later. Now.
In this episode I talk about the skills that every man needs to be developing right now. Fighting. Fishing. Hunting. Cooking. Cleaning. Learning how to eat right and actually take care of your body. Getting your spiritual life in order. Building real relationships. Understanding your own emotions instead of running from them.
Most guys cruise through their 20s without learning any of this and then wonder why they feel lost at 30. The truth is nobody is going to hand you this stuff. You have to go get it. You have to put yourself in uncomfortable situations, learn things the hard way, and actually commit to becoming a well-rounded man. Not just strong. Not just spiritual. Not just smart. All of it.
These skills aren't optional. They're the foundation for everything. For being a good husband. A good father. A man your family can depend on. If you're in your 20s right now, pay attention. If you're past your 20s and you skipped some of this, it's not too late but stop wasting time.

Here's the concept. If a man is right, his world will be right. Simple to say. Hard to actually live out.
In this episode I break down what it really looks like when a man takes ownership of himself spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Not just one of those. All of them. And in the right order. Because most guys are grinding in one area and completely neglecting another. Or they have the order all wrong and they're wondering why nothing is clicking even though they feel like they're doing everything.
When you get yourself right, everything around you starts to shift. Your marriage. Your kids. Your friendships. Your work. It all flows from you being locked in the way you're supposed to be. And when you're off, everything around you feels it too. Your family feels it. Your wife feels it. That's the weight we carry as men and it's not a burden, it's a responsibility.

This one's personal. I get into something that I think a lot of Mexican Catholics can relate to but nobody really talks about. Growing up in a culture where the faith is there but it's mixed with stuff that has no business being anywhere near it. Tarot cards, brujeria, spiritual practices that people don't even realize are straight up witchcraft. Sometimes they know exactly what they're doing. Sometimes they genuinely don't. Either way it opens doors that should never be opened.
I share my own experience with a tarot reading and the spiritual warfare that came from it. Real stuff. And I talk about why this is such a specific attack on Mexican Catholics in particular. Mexico belongs to Our Lady. That's not just a saying. Our Lady of Guadalupe appeared there for a reason and the devil knows that. So he attacks it harder than anywhere else.
I also get into the Cristero War and how that plays into all of this. The way the enemy has gone after Mexico and its people throughout history is not a coincidence. There's a pattern. And if you're Mexican and Catholic, you need to understand what you're actually up against.

I also get into this movie about St. Damien of Molokai that I watched with my grandma. This man signed his own death certificate walking onto that island and he did it willingly because souls needed saving. That's the kind of heart we need.
Rob Renzi came on the Brosary this week and dropped one line that hit me hard. "It all boils down to a lack of trust." Simple. True. And I break down why we need to trust God like our kids trust us. My daughter literally dives off the couch face first because she knows I'll catch her. That's the level.
Perseverance is the whole game. It's a marathon. Stay in grace. Go to confession. Don't abuse His mercy. The only one who can mess this up is you.
