This week The Cats' Whiskers crew catches up with former Geelong midfielder Liam Pickering. Originally from Stawell, but traded to the Cats by North Melbourne, Pickering clocked up 102 games in the hoops, collecting the 1997 Carji Greeves Medal along the way. Since retirement midway through the 2000 season, he has forged a two-decade career in player management, while also settling into a successful media career in both television and radio.
