Lam. 1:1-11; 2 Cor. 4:7-14

Our world is broken.  It’s been twisted from the very beginning.  Realtionships break, sexuality breaks, hearts break, nations break, health breaks, politics breaks.  All the glue, tape, and positive thing king can’t put it back together again.  The emotional fatigue you feel can be traced back to sin in the world.  While this may be simplistic to understand, the results are often complex and require suffering, repair, and submission to Christ.

Simply put, we live in a broken world.  In your lamenting, you see that you can have valuable knowledge of God in your mind, but you are fragile and frail.  You are easily broken.  But God’s Word also reveals the power and grace of God, through your pursuit of, regardless of your fracturing, you can be saved and repaired from this broken world, despite your brokenness.
