The Biden administration’s wrecking operation with respect to U.S. energy security has reduced our strategic petroleum reserve to its lowest level in almost forty years. Such sales of oil meant for emergency use only – including some to our mortal enemy, the Chinese Communist Party – has significantly increased our vulnerability in case of, for example, a war.  

Worse yet, at the same time, the nation most likely to precipitate such a conflict, namely Communist China, has been systematically hoarding oil, natural gas and coal, as well as food, rare earth minerals, fertilizers and other materials.  

The CCP appears to be putting its nation on a war-footing. And Biden’s irresponsible conduct with respect to our strategic reserve and virtually every other aspect of energy policy appears to be a betrayal of America’s national security that can only conduce to a Chinese victory.
