Lots of entrepreneurs recommend the book Start with Why by Simon Sinek, so we were curious to understand why. We all read it and debated it in our book-club - turned into this podcast episode.

Besides debating the ideas from this book, we also talked about our own WHYs: both personal and The CEO Library's WHY.

The Lean Startup, one of the most recommended books by entrepreneurs, is the subject of our latest book club talk. In 2017, we founded The CEO Library as the place-to-go for books recommendations from business people we look up to. Since then, we added more than a thousand titles but never got the chance to talk about the books that we, the team behind The CEO Library, personally read and recommend.

And with 2017 almost coming to an end, we talk about the books we (Cristina, Bobby, Vlad) read this year. Business and fiction books that had an impact on us, what we learned from them, what books we dropped and so on.

What advice we chose to ignore and what we kept? What changes are we going to make and why?

After reading the book "Thanks for the Feedback", it only felt natural to apply what we learned from it. So we laid out in the open all the feedback we received for our podcast: the good, the bad, the ugly, and all the ways it affected us.
