This is an interesting question. Should i do the OPEN. For us the answer is a resounding HELL YES! But some of you may be on the fence. Let us talk you over! 

You deserve to be happy. If something isn't going the way you want it to you need to ask and negotiate it with yourself and others. You are the master of your own happiness. 

Do you even know who you are? What brings you happiness? What are your values?

Identify what is important to you so you can allocate your energy in the right place.

You don't have to be great to start, you have to start to be great!

Of course there can be complications and things outside of our control but following some basics guidelines of good health will help give yourself the best chance. 

Little by little, little becomes a-lot. 

Consistency breeds incredible change.
