In Episode #1 of The CG Show, I had the pleasure of sitting down with the brains behind cult Instagram brand Alya Skin, James Hachem & Manny Barbas.  At just 22, and with no experience in the beauty industry, Manny along with his business partner James decided to start the brand after seeing the face mask hype on social media.  16 months later, they have earned more than $7 million after developing the newest trendy skincare item. People around the world are going crazy for the Alya Skin Pink Clay Mask as their latest beauty must-have.  In this episode, we sat down and spoke in detail about their start-up journey, how they met and how they’ve managed with the growth of the past 16 months.
