We had the pleasure of tasting the Top 11 new foods at the Iowa State Fair this year! Thanks to Jackie Schmillen for once again joining me in the 7:00 AM hour to recap all the tastiness! 

It’s been great having Mike in town for the first time. He’s never been to the state of Iowa, and of course we had to bring him to Adventureland! We even got him to ride the Monster (which I would never do).

This high school in Illinois just pulled off the most epic Senior Prank EVER!

Thomas Jefferson University is getting a lot of attention after Thursday's nursing student graduation ceremony.

What's it like in your house when it comes to be prepared and ready for the next day? 

I certainly would not complain if somebody felt the need to constantly send me FREE PIZZA!

I learned a valuable lesson late in life! I will always listen to my dentist moving forward.
