Plus We join Geno for "Hat talk with Geno" and a whole lot gets edited out. We all Salute Loretta Lynn! We decide perhaps $8000usd could be the sweet spot for making a horror movie. This podcast has been partially inspired by Stetson, not by Mennen(The speed stick for men, the wide stick)! Geno drops Sci-fi David Drake, yeah, we had question marks over our heads also. I... the host... suck immensely this episode.

Woods and his movie Vampir3s (Maddy edit: John Carpenter's Vampires), Maddy tries to teach us about Wishmaster, Geno gets school'd about John Wayne, I hold court about the Charles Band classic Hideous. We all get to learn what Geno knows about the epic Cool Hand Luke. Silver coin gets exchanged and life is good. We wonder about Defamation and have to note legally... It's Summer so we are definitely slammin' back some 'gansett's and Crushin' 'em like Quint! This week we are diving into the blockbusters that will be coming our way this fantabulous summer! We check out Jordan Peele's latest work in trailer form and the latest upcoming installment of the Predator franchise. We watch a couple other things and talk about the real plague here in the south... and it's movie, Ticks(probably filmed out west). We discuss how NC is dropping the ball and not bringing in movie productions (interesting note, the zeitgeist must be listening because within a week of recording, NC focuses on bringing in new film projects and giving some sweet grants and tax breaks so...). After a long hiatus we are back and uploading. This episode was recorded in April and given it is now June... yeah. The holdup has been ep.50 or lack there of. Well this episode i foolishly decided to go with a doomsday theme and will not be doing that again in the near future. Maddy was lost late in the show and as all are aware and Future listeners will probably shake their heads at the American society we live in now, the Supreme Court did just overturn Roe v Wade and this is the beginning of a lot of major societal strife for us in the usa.

This week we share some grand cooking tips and then proceed to frame Lilly Tomlin & Bruce Campbell for our crimes. We review Mixtape (2021), A Bothered Conscience (2006), and Zombie Women of Satan (2009). Maddy Plugs "Welcome to Night Vale" a podcast close to our hearts. Then Maddy gets too loud and storms off the show, only to return and leave again (she was getting too loud for the recording... upon review she may have been fine... but a bit too loud for recording in an enclosed room... meh). The last segment we cover is a Modern Urban Legend and we discuss whether we would try it or not. Also I got my Jewlers glass to read the quote from Zombie Women of Satan... it was Terror4fun.com. In unrelated news we did watch Irish Jam (2006) on St. Patrick's day it was good and we drank a good bit of green beer and Irish whisky. So Enjoy this episode Hope ya had a good a Ostara and...
