In this episode, Tammy chats with Danielle Seals, Director of Workforce Development at the Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce, about the programs they offer to help students get a head start in the workforce. Danielle shares information on Job Shadowing, Youth Leadership, Senior Interviews—each designed to give students real-world experience and skills. She also discusses BEST Partnerships to show how local businesses and schools partner together.  They also share how the Chamber supports job seekers with tools and resources to land their next job.

Tammy sits down with area Food City leadership and talk growth and partnership. Eric Hozouri, Store Manager, and Ronda Blankenship, Human Relations Coordinator, from the Ocoee Crossing location discuss the importance of being part of the community and how they utilize a Chamber program that works well for their business - the BEST Partnership.

In this episode, Tammy talks with Arthur and Amanda Zokolski, owners of the Little Diner on 1st. They share the story of what brought them to Cleveland and how they were drawn to the Little Diner. Hear how they are involved in the community and what the community and the Chamber mean to them.
