On this episode Dr. Deatra Walsh, who is a researcher in our province joins me to have that critical conversation regarding the downloading of services to our municipalities and why we usually/always take ownership and fill in the many gaps that are created when services are left abandoned, underfunded and/or understaffed. We also chat about the push for advocating for change and why we should always ask those very important questions.
