Chef Jessica Tomlinson is the VP of Culinary at Ford's Garage. If you're unfamiliar with the brand, it's a 1920’s automobile themed restaurant full of recipes and decor as innovative, if not more so than the same Ford's automobile company that gave the full-service restaurant concept a license.
Jessica has a background in baking, pastry, farm to table, and fine dining. Currently she is responsible for creating the menus at Ford's Garage 20 plus locations and is also the recent winner of the JTM beer cheese throw down, but Jessica doesn't just throw down in the kitchen. She’s also a collegiate athlete with a mean golf game and a national public speaker.
