People think journaling is not for everyone. Well, Niamh begs to differ!

Developing our intuition is a lifelong process but how can we fine tune it so

that when it is speaking to us that we know how to listen?

In this podcast, Melanie asks Niamh to explain how our intuition works, how

we can identify its existence within us and wonders how we can differentiate

between our intuition and our rational thinking. This episode also explores

how can we use our intuition to help us when making decisions and that as we

At this time of the year we start hearing people talking about the dreaded New Year’s Resolutions.

Well, not on this podcast!

In this episode, Melanie and Niamh chat about what we actually ‘should’ be doing as we roll in to

end of the year. They discuss the fact that this time of year would be better used for looking back

and letting go, in order to create more space for new possibilities. Then we can start the New Year

creating our own personal Vision of where we want to move towards and then, and only then, the

last step should be about setting out our goals.

of meditating and how we should all try and incorporate at least a ten

minute guided meditation into our day.

In this weeks podcast Niamh & Melanie discuss how sometimes we need to get out of our own way, stop blaming others and just take responsibility for what’s happening in our own lives. This episode was one a lot of you asked us to cover so it should be a thought provoking one!

Manifestation, as a word, can be off putting for many people. It can feel a little hocus pocus but if you haven’t tried it, don’t knock it. It is one of the most powerful tools you can have in your box of tricks. It can get you from wishing or wanting for something to actually making it happen. Think of it like a muscle - the more you use it the better you get at it.

In Episode 6 of ‘The Changing Room’, Melanie and Niamh talk about manifestation in great detail. What is it, how do we use it, what are the steps we should take towards manifesting what we want, what not to do, what language to avoid using. It’s a huge topic but an enormously popular one. Episode 5 of The Changing Room deals with the stories we allow ourselves to believe and how they

can influence who we become. Niamh shares how a throwaway comment to her 6 year old self lead

to a lifetime of fear around money! Melanie opens up an interesting discussion on how the

perspective we choose to view our life can determine how we live our lives and they talk about the

importance of finding language that resonates deeply with you and to stop using language that

strikes fear and worry. When we say something often enough we start to believe it. They’ve packed

a lot into this episode!

Who amongst us can admit to ’people pleasing’ from time to time? (Hint: answer most of us)

Yet how many of us feel able to put better boundaries in place to control these tendencies. It’s difficult. But in Episode 4 of The Changing Room podcast you will discover it is not impossible. Melanie asks why so many of us are resistant to boundary setting, how can we know we are not just being mean or selfish and Niamh talks us through the very practical steps that will help you begin to put better boundaries in place in your life.

Change can start for many of us with a book. A gentle nudge to get us thinking about things differently, that can inspire us to consider doing things differently. This week Melanie and Niamh chat about the books that have helped Niamh so much along her journey. Melanie asks her to share her FIVE most favourite ones in Episode 3 of The Changing Room.
