This is a very special episode for me.
Luca has been an integral part of creating this podcast. Luca created the music and was my first editor. Without Luca, this podcast would look and sound very different.
Luca is also my youngest guest. At 17, Luca is a multi-instrumentalist, composer and current senior at Griffin School in Austin, Texas.
In addition to their passion for music and composing, Luca channels their. creativity into painting and theater, including UT's Camp Shakespeare at Winedale program.
Hello and welcome to episode 11.
Today's episode is a special one. Helen is my first guest to come on for a second conversation. In episode 5, we learned about Helen's decade long career as an LA film producer and in this episode we get to hear about what she is up to now. Helen has been an Akashik records reader and teacher for the last 12 years and has recently integrated Somatic Experiencing into her offerings. Helen's unique approach to reading the Akashik Records with a somatic focus and lens separates her from the rest.

https://www.instagram.com/omglmg/.
Linda is a filmmaker based in San Francisco, California. Her award-winning shorts and music videos have screened at festivals internationally, and been featured on SundanceTV, NoBudge, Director’s Library, and Shadowz.
We discuss getting yourself, your ego and your inhibitions out of the way, making space for flow/ channeling and her curiosity and interest in dark psychological thrillers!

In this episode, I sit down with Erin Gilmore, founder and creator of Living Room Yoga https://www.eringilmoreyoga.com/ https://www.instagram.com/eringilmore?igsi=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ%3D%3D to discuss her creative process as it relates to her yoga classes.
Erins classes, as described by one of her friends and students, “A yoga pilates dance comedy show fusion that’s also a therapy session.”
Erin explains how pragmatic and structured she is in the preparation and creation of her classes which then allows her to be present, playful and in the flow when she is actually teaching.
Erin and I share our origins in Massachusetts and our love of the Boston Accent. We also share a familiarity with the sentiment that goes with that accent of "Oh, you think you're better than me" and how that influences her today.
Sit back and enjoy the show!
Hello and welcome!
My guest today is Amber Hockeborne. Amber and I met through our mutual friend, Joey Butterworth (Episode 3).
Amber is a hairstylist who, for more than 20 years, has been exploring the world while cutting hair, writing and taking photographs.
These days she lives by the beach in San Francisco raising her son and building community through her work and storytelling.
One of the qualities that really moved me about Amber is the way in which she lets her creativity and her intuition lead the way.
Sit back and enjoy the show!
In this episode I am experimenting with something a little different.
I've tapped into the energy of August and given you a sneak peak.
The message is simple....but not easy....have a listen and let me know what you think!
In this episode, I talk with my friend, Peter Straus, about his 40 years as a professional musician, both as a singer-songwriter and bass guitar player.
I learned many things about him that I didn't know, including his experience of co-writing and singing "Ripped Pants" for The SpongeBob SquarePants show.
We talk about his love of music and musicians from an early age to his experience as a father of two creative/ artistic children to his career as a psychologist and psychoanalyst.
Sit back and enjoy the show!
On this weeks podcast, I sit down with my dear friend, Helen Vonderheide, https://www.helenvonderheide.com/ https://www.instagram.com/helenvonderheide/
to discuss her journey from being a film producer living in Los Angeles to being an Akashik Records Reader and Teacher.
Helen Vonderheide is a global community educator dedicated to broadening knowledge and experiential frameworks through the transformative ontological perspectives of the Akashic Records, Decoloniality, Somatic Experiencing, and Empirical Research.
When I first met Helen in 2019 and got my first ever Akashik Record reading, I knew that Helen was the real deal. I went on to get my own Akashik Records Certification from Helen in 2020. What I didn't know then was that Helen had spent a decade in Los Angeles as a film producer.
In this episode, we explore her journey to becoming a film producer and the transition that brought her to the Akashik Records. Helen is a one of a kind, a unicorn if you will, in the best possible way. I've never met anyone like Helen and in this episode I learn so much about her that I never knew.
What a delight it was to sit down with Anthony Veneziale (Two-Touch) in his lovely recording studio in San Francisco to discuss all things improv, channeling, sports, music, art and what inspires him to do what he does.
Early on in this episode, it occurred to me, somewhat unexpectedly, that improv is actually one of the purest forms of channeling!
Anthony is the conceiver and co-founder of Freestyle Love Supreme, for which he won a Tony Award and was nominated for a Grammy.
Anthony is also the co-founder and CEO of Freestyle Plus, a training and game developer that has built the world's first improv-inspired, science-backed, AI-powered gaming portal.
He's the designer of a UCSF brain research trial on the positive effects of improv thinking along with Dr. Charles Lim.
