She earned a Bachelor of Science in Education, Master of Science in Educational Administration, graduate hours in psychology, Ed.S. in Curriculum and Instruction, and Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction. Dr. B. joined Columbia Southern University in March 2010, working as an instructor, course writer, and program director. She serves on various committees and presents frequently to faculty and other audiences. Freda is an active member of the community, a passionate motivator, and remains devoted to student success.
