When the King shows up everyone reacts, one way or the other. The question is, how are you going to react?

We need to learn what it looks like to submit our heart to Jesus, so our heart wants what the King wants. Cross-shaped lives reveal the Kingdom of God.

The people of God, Israel, had a clear mission: To declare and witness the glory of God among the nations. The mission that God gave to His original chosen people is the same mission that we have within the New Community.

Why should the new community be unified? What does unification of the new community look like?

Who is the leader of the new community? How should the leadership of the new community be structured?

The Spirit of Jesus is the heart of the new community. The New Community was devoted to the revelation of truth, to fellowship and to generosity.

How did the growth of the new community come about? How was the Spirit involved?

The church of Jesus Christ was born for EVERY man, woman and child. Spirit-filled believers embrace the mystery of a diverse people united around the gospel of Jesus.

God is not far off and distant. Instead, He has a message for the world that He loves, and we - His Church - are the letter He is writing to the world.

God is so faithful to teach us wonderful truths as we gather together as a congregation every week. We don’t want to forget them. We do well to have reminders.
