Like it or not, today we are teaching our kids how to live through in a crisis. In this Dinnertime Devotion is a helpful project to do as a family called “the best thing that happened today.”
We need to be informed; we need the news. But not 24/7. And do more than turn off the news, we need to intentionally d these five things to have “the mind of Christ.”
Pastor Rick leads us in a study of a little know hero in the pages of scripture, Epaphroditus.
Philippians 3 was written in and for a time of crisis. It warns us that what we thought was unstoppable was not. Three months ago around the Christmas table we would never imagine that our economy or our health care system could be stopped. This crisis reminds us that we need God…not just in a crisis, but as the constant pursuit of our lives. Paul wrote, " I want to know Christ and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in his sufferings." We need a consuming not a casual knowledge of Jesus.
Welcome to Dinnertime Devotions! Today Pastor Brandon will give a devotion titled, "When to Take the Risk."
