Today, we continued our marriage series on “Dealing with Bitterness and Resentment in Marriage.”The family is the DNA of the church — when it’s broken, the church weakens. Bitterness often springs from:
- Unmet expectations
- Financial stress
- Poor communication
- Unresolved conflict. It starts as hurt and frustration, but grows into hopelessness if left unchecked. Truth: Whoever treats his spouse rightly, treats himself. When bitterness takes root, love loses ground — and when love fails, everything crumbles.
