Miller sat down with RunningWorks founder Meredith Dolhare and world-renowned fashion designer Luis Machicao to learn about the upcoming RunningWorks “Metamorphosis” event. We also caught up on what Meredith has been up to and learned more about Luis’ incredible career. Last but not least, Supportive Guy sent in some special words about Hurricane Florence.

We sat down with Zack to discuss how the Carolina Farm Trust is working with local farmers, helping bring affordable food to Charlotte and its upcoming event the Carolina Jubilee. John shared the history of Concord with us and introduced one of the most incredible stories you have never heard of and Supportive Guy wrote a little something for dessert lovers.

This week were joined by Beth and Tim of Rebuilding Together to learn more about the program and how it approaches the affordable housing crises in Charlotte. John also continued his new history segment with the history of Kannapolis.

We were joined by the vice chair of the Riot Foundation to learn about the start of the Roaring Riot, what it offers Panthers fans and talk trash about other fan bases. John also redeemed himself by starting a new history segment and Supportive Guy brought the thunder via written word.

We were joined by Aldergate CEO Suzanne Pugh to discuss the incredible ways the retirement community works to better the surrounding community. John also wrapped up is history series on the 1965 Shrine Bowl and we learned about the hottest new team building fad from Supportive Guy.
