Despite evolving under the sun, human society continues to neglect the importance of light for human health. For as long as I have known her, Riddhi Samtani (@riddhisamtani) has been championing the fight for climate change and the impact it is having on Caribbean islands. Recently, she filmed a Ted Talk on Sint Maarten sharing her story and fight for islanders. In this episode of the Chatta Box, we discuss where her passion for the environment began, her career in environmental protection, and how you, yes you, can get involved to help islander communities on the frontlines of climate change.
Nicole has a lot on her mind. In this episode of the Chatta Box, we explore the many thoughts that pass through her mind as she analyzes different concepts tied to human civilization from our Swiss cheese history to our passion for making a mess of planet Earth. Not only will you have your mind blown, but will likely never be the same. You're welcome.
Is Nicole an anti-vaxxer? Are farting cows to blame for climate change? Why is GenZ so hard on themselves? Should girls swear? How has marketing influenced social norms? Are we addicted to social media? How do we deal with being vulnerable? Just a few of the many topics discussed in this episode. Another great real conversation with Rachael DeGroot (@raw_chel) here on the Chatta Box.

TAURUS SEASON HAS BEGUN! As I complete my 23rd sprint around the sun, I wish to share the 23 lessons/thoughts I had one night that may help you shift your mindset and cultivate that main character energy. These lessons have successfully kept me alive and sane throughout this human journey; though we have much to learn, I hope you enjoy this episode no matter where you are. Much love!
This episode of the Chatta Box features none other than my R.O.D., William Neumeyer (@elaborately_living). He is currently an area manager at Amazon and a recent college graduate from Eastern Michigan. Will not only has a fantastic voice but is by far one of the hardest working people I have ever met. In this episode, I talk to him about growing up in Saginaw, Michigan, life in the PNW, working at Amazon, fitness, quantum computing, self-limiting beliefs, starting his own small business, Blue Phoenix LLC, and more.
In the first-ever official full episode of The Chatta Box, I have invited the OG Princess Ninja Squad, my very best friends from SXM: Rachael DeGroot (@raw_chel), Jakisha Brooks (@kishax_nb), and Alanda Solomon (@landaxpanda). In this episode, we talk about the pros and cons of growing up on the beautiful island of Sint Maarten, how to deal with confidence, as well as what it is like moving abroad for college to the US and the Netherlands.
