His zen and nonchalant outlook in life makes talking to him one of the most entertaining experiences you'll ever have. On this episode, we talk about Louis's path to becoming a chef, his love for anime, and his surprising reveal of the fact that he literally burned down his house to ashes when he was 8 years old.
