In this episode, you’ll learn the best questions to ask an interviewer at the end of your interview.
Have you noticed a pattern of running into toxic environment after toxic environment? Or have you traditionally worked for the “worst bosses” on the planet?
Often, there are red flags during interviews and questions we don’t ask during interviews that allow us to miss out on key red flags that would help us identify if this is a good opportunity or a bad decision.
Asking the right questions during the interview process is critical for your success.
Remember, the employer is not just interviewing you, you are interviewing the employer as well and you need to make sure this is the perfect or ideal fit for you as well.
I’m curious, have you ever asked these questions in an interview? Are there any that you recommend in addition to my suggestions? Drop a comment below and let me know!

Have you ever found yourself saying, “I want to quit my job, but I feel guilty” or “I feel guilty for quitting my job.” If you have these unsettling feeling after receiving an offer for your next job, don’t worry, you are not alone. Many professionals feel guilty for leaving a job even if the environment is toxic, they have a bad boss, or the pay is low.
We are often conditioned to put others needs before our own and if you’re a natural people pleaser, you feel this guilt at a higher level.
Don’t worry, today is going to be the day where I give you the skills you need to stop feeling bad about leaving your job.
You deserve to be happy and fulfilled at your job and if this one isn’t doing it for you, there’s no harm in making the best decision for YOU (and yes, that may involve leaving your current job).
