Last month I sent a video to the CSE in Florida just to make sure they knew about all these issues and nothing came from that. They will still throw me in jail and take my driver's License if I don't pay each month, so I pay even knowing I never speak to my son and the mother could not care any less about an American judgment.

Just the dad talking about how one time I noticed a negative mark on my credit
that the "Child Support" agency put on there when I was owed almost $3000.00
from them. Because they are the "Child Support" agency they can put whatever they want on anyone's credit report, and I usually am pretty successful getting fictitious derogatory negative items removed within a month from my credit report, I was able to get the amount owed to the "Child Support" agency corrected down to zero but I was not able to get the words "Child Support" completely removed from my credit report. The "Child Support" agency in Amerika can and do whatever they want. The people actually believe that they are doing a good thing for these kids.

I speak in this episode about how the Child Support law in Amerika says that both parents are responsible for the support of their children. I have seen probably close to 100 instances of Child Support through the government and I have only seen a single case where the mother is responsible for payments to the father. In all of the other cases, I have seen the father is the "Obligor," which is what the courts and the child support agency call the person who has to pay the distribution unit. It is very important that everyone is aware that the reason the "child support" agency exists is that we the people allow them to exist. The parents that have to pay always hate it, and the parents that receive child support love it. So basically they cancel each other out. The "child support" agency started because most people actually think that they help and they do not.

Just the dad talking again about the Child Support Agency and the crazy things that they do to adults, in the name of the children. They get away with so much all because they have the word "Child" in the name of their department. The law is very clear that both the mother and the father have the same obligation to the child. If you look into American "Child Support" there's something like over 80 percent of child support in American cases have the father paying the Distribution Unit in their state. I have heard from a male parent that the female parent pays the Distribution Unit a single time, once. Yet, I have heard of droves of men having to pay the Distribution Unit many many times. The American government does not care at all about these kids, they say that they do, and the masses believe them! They don't though. They just do not.

Just talking about how the child support agency makes tragic mistakes all the time
with parents' actual lives. Because they have the word "Child" in their name they can get away with whatever they want. They make huge mistakes all the time and they know that getting arrested and getting your refund check swept by accident is horrible but since they actually think they are helping children they continue to do whatever they want whenever they want to do it. There is nothing that anyone will do about it.

Just talking about these "Family Court" judges. How they DO NOT CARE about making a bad Judgement if they ruin a child's, or a parent's life. These family court judges have immunity against wrong judgments. Family Court Judges and Magistrates reside in a world where everyone treats them like they have superpowers. Everyone in that courtroom treats judges like they are Gods. They get huge salaries too. The lawyers are always like "Thank you, Your Honor" even when the judge rules against them.

They sit behind a bench, and they are given and wear black basically a tablecloth for a uniform so they can wear whatever they want to work. They have their very own police officer right in their courtroom, which is a huge waste of taxpayer money.
They have really good health insurance, and they probably retire really well too. 
They retire and get an even better salary because of their experience being a lawyer and judge. All they have to do in "Family Court" is make a judgment.  It does not matter if it is a bad judgment they are treated well no matter what.

Just talking about how important it is for the PARENTS of any child to meet in the middle, even if the other parent is wrong. I know it can be VERY hard but it has to be done. I would much rather pay my child's mother directly each month than have the absolutely unnecessary "Child Support agency forcibly injecting their company into the lives of families making these families think they are doing good when their intentions are really bad. It is very simple the "Child Support" Agency puts the word "Child" in their name and now they can do whatever they wish because everyone thinks the "Child Support" agency means well.
