  • EP12: How Free Are You? Meet Content Creator WildShe

Choosing not to have children can give us an incredible amount of freedom. But are we actually using it?

In this episode, I sit down with childfree creator Jess, from WildShe, for a raw and unapologetic conversation about what it means to build a life around freedom.

We talk about solo travel, financial independence, relationships, finding childfree friendships, refusing to abandon yourself for other people’s expectations, and why she proudly embraces being called “selfish.”

We also explore the bigger picture: the freedom many of us have today as women wasn’t always available to the women who came before us—and it still isn’t available to every woman.

This conversation is an invitation to ask yourself: Where in my life am I still not free?

  • Ep11: On Being Childfree & Being Called Fat

Apparently, if you’re a childfree woman, some people think you should also have the “perfect” body. And if you don’t? They want to know what your excuse is.

After years of receiving comments from men about my body on @life.without.kids, a recent conversation with a friend made me realize something: those comments genuinely don’t bother me anymore. And that wasn’t always the case.

In this episode, I’m getting vulnerable about my journey with my body, what helped me stop tying my worth to how I look, and why I believe our childfree choice gives us a unique opportunity to break some of the generational cycles women have inherited around our bodies.

I also share three practices that have helped me build a more peaceful relationship with mine. Because being childfree means my body is mine, and I don’t owe it to motherhood, society, men, or anyone else.

  • Ep.10 - Pt. 2: A Childfree End-of-Life Pet Doula Story

In Part 2 of my conversation with End-of-Life Pet Doula Jessica, we move beyond her work with animals and into her personal journey as a childfree woman.

Jessica shares how she went from feeling ambivalent about motherhood to intentionally choosing a childfree life, why freedom became such an important part of that decision, and how she learned that her worth doesn’t depend on motherhood, or constantly working and achieving.

We also get personal about Jessica’s experience hiring me as her Childfree Coach (twice!), what she gained from coaching, and how building confidence, learning to rest, and having accountability helped her create more momentum toward the life she actually wants.

If you’re questioning motherhood, learning to trust your childfree choice, or wondering what childfree coaching actually looks like, this conversation is for you.

  • Ep. 9 - Meet Jess: End-of-Life Pet Doula

For many childfree women, our pets become some of the beings we love, nurture, and care for most deeply. But with that incredible love can also come a difficult reality: one day, we may have to say goodbye.

In this episode, I sit down with Jessica Richman, a childfree goddess, licensed social worker and certified End-of-Life Pet Doula, to talk about the powerful bond we form with animals, why pet loss deserves to be taken seriously, and the support available when navigating anticipatory grief and loss.

If you’ve ever loved a pet like family—or wondered how you’ll handle losing one someday—this conversation is for you 🐾💛

  • Ep.8 - What If I Regret Being Childfree?

Can you be confidently childfree and still wonder, “What if I regret this someday?”

In this episode of The Childfree Goddess Podcast, I’m getting honest about a topic that can feel taboo in childfree spaces: the doubts, fears, loneliness, curiosity, and even grief that can show up throughout our childfree journey.

I share what has been coming up for me as more women around me become mothers, the experiences and versions of myself I’ve had to grieve, and why none of these feelings make me less confident in my choice.

Because the goal isn’t to never question yourself again. It’s learning how to acknowledge and process those feelings without allowing them to keep you from going all in on the life you’ve chosen.

If thoughts of “what if?” have ever visited you, this episode is for you.

  • Ep. 7 - Playing by My Own Rules

The Childfree Goddess Podcast is back for a new season, and this time I’m doing things differently.

After 75 days away from social media, I’ve been reflecting on creativity, AI, authenticity, and the pressure to make everything look polished and perfect. I realized I was trying to create this podcast by following the rules of people whose lives look completely different from mine.

And then it hit me: How often do we do the same thing with our childfree lives?

In this episode, I share some personal life updates, why I’m bringing video and a more natural, unfiltered format to the podcast, and what my four years as a digital nomad continue to teach me about creating a life on my own terms.

Most importantly, I invite you to ask yourself: Where are you still playing by rules created for people who don’t want the same life you want?

Welcome to Season 2, Goddess. It’s time to make our own rules.

  • Ep. 5 - Kids or Cancer?

A comment on Instagram sparked one of the most confronting reflections I’ve had in a long time.

In this episode of The Childfree Goddess Podcast, I respond to a message claiming that women who never give birth are at higher risk of cancer. A new twist on an old pressure tactic.

But this episode isn’t really about statistics.

    It’s about fear.

It’s about how society shifts from calling childfree women selfish, to appealing to something even deeper: the fear of illness and death.

Through a powerful thought experiment, Wilmarie asks herself:

If not having children were directly linked to illness… would I regret my choice?

What follows is an honest exploration of mortality, grief, intentional living, and radical self-trust.

    You’ll hear:

✨ Why fear-based persuasion doesn’t work when you know yourself
✨ How grief transformed my relationship with death
✨ Why living intentionally eliminates regret
✨ And the importance of focusing on direction, not speed, in your life

This is not a light episode.

But it is a liberating one.

Because when you are at peace with your choices, even the ultimate fear loses its power.

  • Ep. 4 - My Love Story

In this Valentine’s special episode of The Childfree Goddess Podcast, Wilmarie shares her personal childfree love story — from being the romantic teenager who swore she’d never marry, to building a marriage rooted in freedom, honesty, and conscious choice.

In this episode, she opens up about:

✨ Dating in her twenties as a confident childfree woman

✨ The painful realization that many men still expected motherhood
✨ Learning what she truly valued in a partner (beyond societal standards)
✨ The decision to stop chasing love — and what happened next
✨ Building a marriage based on freedom, shared values, and individual happiness

This is a story about high standards, self-trust, breaking generational patterns, and redefining what love and marriage can look like without children at the center.

It’s about choosing each other not out of obligation — but out of desire.

It’s about a love that feels like home… and still tastes like adventure.
It’s about proving that childfree love isn’t lacking — it’s liberated.

Whether you’re single, partnered, dating, or questioning what’s possible for you, this episode is a reminder that you get to make your own rules.

Because childfree women don’t just create different lives, we create different love stories.

  • Ep. 3 - Back To Basics

In this episode of The Childfree Goddess Podcast, Wilmarie invites you to slow down, go inward, and return to the foundations of your wellbeing.

As winter calls us into rest and reflection, this conversation is a reminder that true confidence, clarity, and satisfaction in your childfree life begin with something simple: checking in with yourself.

    You’ll explore:

✨ Why going “back to basics” is essential for childfree women
✨ How to reconnect with your body, emotions, and human needs
✨ Simple but powerful questions to assess your happiness and life satisfaction
✨ How meeting your basic needs can shift your mental and emotional state
✨ A grounded perspective for women still questioning motherhood

This episode is your invitation to turn down the external noise, honor your natural rhythm, and nurture yourself first — because before you are a Childfree Goddess, you are human.

Take a breath, pour your favorite drink, and come back home to yourself.
