Being conscious of health is at an all time high these days. People are more aware of the foods they eat, and what they shouldn't eat. We are better, yet still have a long ways to go. What we find is that almost in every facet of food there has been some level of manipulation. Effecting what we put in our bodies. It effects us in the both short and long-term. While we are aware of consumption on one level, we completely over look  where genetic modification may be taking place in many of our vices. Our Alcohol and Weed. While we have health benefits in some types of cannabis, there may be other unforeseen problems. in other ways. Cannabis has manipulating properties that are unnaturally added to the plant it self. 

Vaccinations how do you feel? what does it really mean? Does it matter? civil liberties and rights often are at stake when the public needs to be compliant after exposing levels of resistance. Development starts within the home, to build and create principles for psychological strength. Family Science, a foundation practice important to create within your children and the younger generation. Arming ourselves against propaganda and imposing threats. 

I sit down in a unique interview with Sonia Barrett author of "The Holographic Canvas" and the award winning film "The Business of Disease". We discuss the shaping of character and what effects us on a biological level. Her work with Dr. Sebi and some of my background growing up. What makes it so special is she's my Mom, so it creates a special dynamic through the conversation.

Overwhelmed and information overload, we are no longer the masters of our life but slaves to what's presented. With so much aimed at us, do we have the tools for success, are we passing it to the next generation? Will they receive what's needed, to reach optimum potential?

People, perception and a new empire rising in Africa? Do we truly understand how foreign affairs effect us? Question is, are we simply slaves to our own comfort? It's an elaborate game, elusive yet very real. The obstacles are as difficult as we make it, or as artificial as we create it. Let's Chopp it up.
