As we continue our study through the book of 1 Samuel, this week we examine 1 Samuel 9:1-10:16. From the passage we see Saul being chosen and anointed as king. We're invited to:

1) Revel in God's initiative kindness moving to rescue us in spite of our rejection of His Kingship

2) Rest in His Word which is trustworthy and faithful
