Every year my favorite activity is finding the teams who can legitimately win a national title. This year I chose 7 teams and a darkhorse candidate.

The episode starts with me explaining my criteria and then I get down to business. If your team did not make the cut better luck next year and tell your coach to get recruiting.

The super bowl has passed and the Chiefs are the champions. This opened up a conversation about where the league is as a whole and why Patrick Mahomes is going to be at the top of the sport for a very long time. Then we get into XFL conversation and I discuss some of the biggest news in the sporting world.

In this episode, I talk about the legacy of Kobe Bryant and the pain of the tragedy that came from the helicopter crash. This show was introspective and went into the depths of how tragedy hurts everyone different and how complex a legend's life can truly be. There are only a few things a person in my situation can say, and I hope my message was good enough — prayers to the nine individuals whose lives were taken from us.

In this episode, I talk about the dumbest thing an athlete has done in this decade in Odell Beckham's national title game antics. Then I get into the discussion on who Joe Burrow – the future number one overall pick – compares to and why. Then go in on the Houston Astros and Jessica Mendoza for disgracing the game and close out the show with my NFL picks for the weekend.

Your host then grades the coaching hires and predicts the College Football National Championship.

The best way to bicentennial is to start over at one. In this episode, we get right into it with a review of last weekend wildcard matchups. I talk about the greatness of Kirk Cousins as well as how reputations and perceptions have changed. Then I get into a new segment called "What They're Talking About" and hit on the hottest topics like the coaching hires. I move into my thoughts on the playoff matchups. AND I close out with my takes on the NBA thus far.

I talk about 4 storylines to watch heading into the preseason and tell you why Kyler Murray may not be as successful as everybody is leading on. I then detail some bold predictions for the 2019 NFL season that includes the Cowboys, Panthers, and Saints. Lastly, I give you two players poised to breakout in 2019 that you may not see coming.
