God's benefits are that He forgives all of our iniquities and heals all of our diseases (Psalm 103).

God wants us to look away from the law as a means of righteousness and to turn to the Spirit. Where the Spirit of the Lord is there is freedom.

God really is good and He is on our side. When we come to Him we can expect to find unconditional love and acceptance.

God wants our bodies to be clothed with His life.
