                                     Covenant Friendship with God.

In his teaching on understanding the mysteries of God, Pastor Caleb Santos explains that while some secrets belong solely to the Lord, He actively reveals hidden truths to His covenant people. Drawing from Deuteronomy 29:29, the pastor describes how God shares future previews and deep revelations with those He considers friends, much like He did when presenting the gospel to Abraham. This friendship is not casual; rather, it represents an intimate, covenantal partnership characterized by communion and shared promises between God and His followers.

The Power of Praying in Tongues.

The pastor further emphasizes the critical role of the Holy Spirit in navigating moments when believers hit a wall and lack human answers. Referencing Romans 8:26 and 1 Corinthians 14, he highlights that praying in tongues allows the Holy Spirit to intercede on our behalf and help overcome our earthly weaknesses. This spiritual practice is presented as a vital tool for unraveling life's mysteries, receiving divine interpretation, and unlocking breakthroughs when individuals feel discouraged or uncertain.

                                     Angelic Assistance and Breakthrough.

Finally, the sermon explores the active ministry of angels, describing them as ministering spirits sent by God to protect and assist those inheriting salvation. To illustrate this, Pastor Santos shares a personal testimony about recovering a lost, expensive computerized key for a 2014 Nissan Altima. After human efforts failed, he paused to pray in tongues and commanded his angel to release the key, resulting in its discovery the very next day. He concludes by dismissing traditional warnings against these spiritual practices, suggesting instead that such warnings are meant to keep believers in bondage.

New Episode Blog: The Sovereign Hand of God & The Power of Intercession.

In our latest podcast episode, we dive deep into a topic that is both incredibly relevant and deeply challenging for many believers today: praying for our leaders.Let’s be honest—in a world filled with political division and cultural noise, it can be easy to vent, complain, or feel entirely disconnected from those in authority. But Scripture calls us to a higher standard. We are called to pray.

Whether you are looking for hope in uncertain times or need a fresh perspective on the power of your prayers, this episode is a reminder that no heart is too hard for God to change, and no leader is outside of His reach.

Key Takeaways from the Episode:1. The Ultimate Authority (Proverbs 21:1)

We kicked off the episode by looking at a powerful truth found in Proverbs 21:1: “The king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will.”While God completely respects human free will, His sovereignty reigns supreme. When God's people unite in earnest, strategic prayer, miraculous things happen.

This verse reveals a profound reality: God holds ultimate authority over the hearts of world rulers. He can influence their decisions, shift their perspectives, and align their actions to fulfill His divine purposes. No matter who is in office, God is still on the throne.

2. Intercession in Action: The Story of Abraham and Lot

To understand the tangible impact of intercessory prayer, we looked back at the Old Testament. In Genesis, we see Abraham fiercely interceding for his nephew, Lot, who was living in the doomed city of Sodom. When judgment was about to fall, Lot hesitated to leave. But Genesis 19:16 tells us something remarkable: the angels literally grabbed the hands of Lot, his wife, and his daughters, pulling them to safety. Why? Because God remembered Abraham’s faithful prayers.

Our prayers for others matter. When we step into the gap for our leaders, our families, and our nations, God hears us and works in ways that far exceed human understanding.

Final Thoughts: Moving Forward in Prayer

Let us never grow weary of praying for our President, our local and national government leaders, and all those who carry the weight of authority. When you don't know what to pray, lean on the Holy Spirit to guide your words. Trust completely in God’s sovereignty, lean into His mercy, and watch how He moves.God bless you this week!

Key questions to ask yourself--

But Gehazi, the servant of Elisha the man of God, said, Behold, my master hath spared Naaman this Syrian, in not receiving at his hands that which he brought: but, as the Lord liveth, I will run after him, and take somewhat of him. ( 2 Kings 5:20)
Today’s daily devotional takes us into the sobering account of Gehazi’s downfall, a servant of Elisha who witnessed the healing power of God firsthand.

After Naaman was miraculously cleansed of leprosy, Gehazi made a fateful decision—motivated by greed, he pursued Naaman and deceitfully acquired gifts that Elisha had deliberately turned down. Though Gehazi tried to hide his actions, God saw everything. This powerful moment reminds us of the danger of greed and the high cost of compromising our values. Have you ever felt the temptation to seize something that wasn’t truly yours?

What’s striking is the contrast between the two hearts: Naaman, once a pagan soldier, experienced a radical conversion and carried soil from Israel back to his homeland as a sign of his devotion to God. His life reflected genuine transformation and gratitude. Gehazi, on the other hand, had the privilege of seeing God's work up close, yet allowed selfish desires to cloud his judgment. In chasing after worldly gain, Gehazi abandoned spiritual integrity. He disregarded the principles modeled by Elisha and failed to trust God's provision.

When confronted, Elisha revealed that Gehazi’s sin had been exposed by God, resulting in a severe judgment: the leprosy that once afflicted Naaman would now cling to Gehazi and his descendants. ( 2 Kings 5:25-27)This stark outcome forces us to reflect: are there areas where we’re letting materialism or dishonesty creep into our lives? Are we choosing short-term benefit over long-term faithfulness?Let’s be inspired by Naaman’s transformation, and strive to cultivate a heart rooted in thankfulness and integrity. May our actions—especially when no one is watching—speak to the faith we profess.
