Hey guys! This is a super short one, but it’s something that came on my heart suddenly after listening to “The Anything But Quiet Time Podcast”. Even as students, there is SO MUCH we can do for others. So take hold of those ideas and hold yourself accountable to a version that works for your life! I’ll document my journey and pray for the rest of you as we go out into the world.

It’s hard to see people and friends rise above us sometimes. It’s hard to step out of the spotlight and be the friend who IS there for others. Today, we’re discussing knowing the plan God has for us and overcoming jealousy in our personal lives.

An incredibly simple thing. We hear it all the time,”Go clean your room.” In six minutes, here’s why I think you really should and the benefits I’ve noticed, plus a simple hack for all those clothes you leave on your bed (or floor).

If it is your MINDSET holding you back from getting under that stream of cold water, I want you to make a promise to yourself. Say to yourself "I WILL take a cold shower."
