Christian Brotherhood on the College Campus

Listen in (men and women!!) to Ben discuss Christian brotherhood on the college campus with one of his best friends and campus ministry co-worker in college, Russell Mann. Beyond the VERY appropriate name for this episode, Russell brings to the table a hard earned openness and a wisdom that has come through deep self-reflection.

Ben introduces and plays a lesson from his dad (& campus minister), Jim Brinkerhoff. In the lesson, "Tweeting Your Life Away," Jim attempts to orient students towards Christ by forcing them to grapple with the question: “In a world defined by 280 characters or less, how is Jesus ever going to get a hearing?” The cultural references are slightly dated, but the substance of this question is more profound than ever for students on the precipice of their college experience.
