I spoke too soon. There is still so much more to say.

I had to riff on loving and accepting yourself just as you are--right now--flaws and all--rather than covering yourself up and warning a mask.

Yesterday I tested positive for Covid 😢 my first time. So it took me some time to get it together today.

This riff was recorded last week from Central Park (I live that place). Maybe we’ll see each other there someday?

Anyhooo I am a real human and always like to share my true experiences with you all. That said, yes I have grouchy days too. The important thing is what we do with those moments.

Remember all feelings are welcome here. Grouchy salty ones too—because there’s a message in them, IF YOU ALLOW ONE TO SURFACE.

I got a little stuck on the title but the bottom line is that you should just listen—especially if you’re feeling uninspired by learning lately. There are phases of inspiration, learning, and doing. Then there are acts of listening and receiving—which is there for you any day and every day.
