Yes, yes. It's me. I've returned and I'm 30 now. I have a lot I want to share, but first, let's catch up.

Has 2023 started off rocky for us all or is it just me? On this episode I share something that has come up for me spiritually, and maybe it will help those who are also enduring mental clutter, unfulfillment and wondering what's next? I hope you find some relief here and leave encouraged.

Not only do I repeat myself a lot this entire episode, but it may be obvious that I was processing my thoughts and feelings on validation while actively on the mic.  Bare with me, I'm working on myself y'all. Perhaps I'm not alone though. Do you seek validation? 

On episode 2, I explore my experience with failure, the feeling of shame that usually follows, and learning to reframe my beliefs around both words. I realize in order to shake both, you must surrender to all of the thiiiiiiings.
