Stress is like kryptonite (Superman's nemesis), and it's out to knock off your cape and diminish you to a heap of trembling, useless mush!

SHAKE IT OFF!! We are not going to claim it!

I know there will be times when we all feel the pressure of the world around us and days filled with rain. However, you and I must remember there are ways to shake it off and try not to allow stress to get the best of us.

Take a walk, search the Scriptures, and let us try turning it all over to Jesus. He can work it out, no matter the problem, Jesus can work it out!

Our God is longsuffering toward sinners. He has blotted out thy transgression, as a cloud and your sins when you come to the LORD with a sincere repenting heart.

One must forgive oneself of past sins, why carry baggage that the LORD has cast into the sea of forgetfulness? The only ones that go fishing for those past things are men.
