This 4m episode, provides the general question of "What is Good Friday / Holy Friday?" To those of the Christian faith, it is a Holy day in remembrance of our LORD and Savior. Romans 14:5, however, says this, "One man considers one day more sacred than another; another man considers every day alike. Each one should be fully convinced in his own mind." To the Christian, we celebrate our LORD every day, rain or shine. Always thankful and mindful of what He did for us, “For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive by the Spirit.” 1st Peter 3:18. 

This 6m episode provides the listener an ear to Jesus as He celebrated The Last Supper with His disciples and thereby instituted the LORD's Supper with Communion. "Maundy Thursday", refers to the command Jesus gave to the disciples at the Last Supper, that they should love and serve one another. Some Christian churches observe a foot-washing ceremony on Maundy Thursday to commemorate Jesus’ washing the feet of the disciples. Doing a foot-washing in remembrance of how Christ humbled Himself and washed the feet of the disciples is a powerful reminder of how we are to live the Christian life (Philippians 2:1-11). It is a good thing to remember the Last Supper and Jesus’ sacrifice on our behalf. It is a good thing to remember the Lord’s example of humility. 

This 6m episode reflects Holy Wednesday of Passion Week. According to the traditional interpretation of the Bible, Holy Wednesday is the day on which Jesus was anointed with spikenard during a meal (Matthew 26:6–13). The day is sometimes called “Spy Wednesday” since it is traditionally thought of as the day Judas conspired with local authorities to betray Jesus (Matthew 26:14–16). The following day is sometimes referred to as Maundy Thursday, the fifth day of Holy Week.

This 15m episode of The Olivet Discourse is the name given to the orderly and extended teaching given by Jesus Christ on the Mount of Olives. His subject is the end times. This discourse is recorded in Matthew 24:1 – 25:46. Parallel passages are found in Mark 13:1-37 and Luke 21:5-36. The record in Matthew is the most extensive, so reference here will be to Matthew’s Gospel.

It is important to recognize that Jesus’ teaching in this discourse is in reference to Israel and not the Church. Christ was speaking of God’s future program for Israel. Other passages to consider when studying the Olivet Discourse are Daniel 9:24-27 and Revelation 6:1–19:21, which refer to the future seven-year period called the tribulation. God’s program for the Church concludes with the rapture, which is not taught in the Olivet Discourse. The rapture of the Church is found in John 14:1-4; 1 Corinthians 15:51-52; and 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18.

Jesus’ prophecy of doom got the disciples curious, and probably more than a little concerned. When they were alone with Jesus on the Mount of Olives, they asked Him, "Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?" (verse 3). What follows in Matthew 24–25 refers to the future, seven-year tribulation period and the second coming of Christ at the end of the tribulation. During that time, God will complete His chastisement and purification of Israel and judge the whole world (Daniel 9:24-27; Revelation 6–19).

Prayer ministry under the leadership of Presiding Elder Rose out of Orlando, Florida. Minister Booker, of Massachusetts took his message from 2nd Kings the 4th chapter, verses 1 - 7, it is one that I believe you will want to share with others.

We must as the word says be persistent in our prayer, just as the persistent widow who cried out for relief from her adversary. So must we cry out in Jesus Name.
