There are three common traits to people who get off-balance in their faith. There is a pattern that is followed time and time again.  What I share today can help someone or someone you know return to what is important in their life and faith.

There are many voices out there trying to calculate the return of the Lord or the rapture but if we draw back from those and just look to chapter and verse we gain a greater sense of what God is doing. And we will stay balanced if we stay focused on scripture and not on all the other voices out there.

This is part three in a series I’ve been doing on the ways the Lord communicates to us. This will help you discern the difference between an angel speaking to you or the Holy Spirit himself from within. Using chapter and verse it can be an aha moment as you remember those times where an angel spoke to you or perhaps the Holy Spirit directly.

Many people are looking for a voice when the Lord communicates to them when most of the time he communicates in nonverbal ways. This is how it works with some great scriptural examples to enable you to be more perceptive of His communication to you.

Often times when we are seeking the Lord we will feel led in a direction but we want a confirmation. Is it scriptural and how can we go about that?

Many people who have believed false prophecies are examining themselves and asking how they could so miss it. Others not willing to be honest and transparent with themselves are digging their heels in to justify themselves. Why does God allow such foolishness? What is His larger purpose?

Many so-called prophets prophesied Trump winning by a landslide and when they missed it rather than acknowledging their error they have blamed it on the body of Christ not praying enough or explained it away. This is why they missed it and how they missed it from chapter and verse.

Many people are out there calling themselves profits and lightly throwing around visions and supposed words from the Lord but how do you know what is genuine and what is not?

The new testament was written by authors doing church in the house writing to people doing church in the house. If you have understood the New Testament to be applied to an auditorium called the church everything you believe is out of context.
