Jeran Fraser is a serial entrepreneur and land investor.  In 1999, he launched his first startup during college selling land on Ebay. Through this experiences, he learned about commercial land development, alternative energy (geothermal and solar), mining and eventually grew his portfolio to 40,000+ acres, all while helping to manage the US Surf Team for Dakine. After successfully selling land over the internet for 10+ years, he rolled his proceeds into several seed-stage startups and started Incubate Ventures, an incubator and co-working space focused on the consumer goods, sports tech, and digital marketing space.
