The Clarity Lab

A subreddit from a team leader struggling with ambiguous market conditions and aggressive growth targets, demonstrating the practical challenges that the Clarity Lab Method aims to address by moving from confusion to clarity.

This document presents a reflective post from a UK Civil Service delivery manager working in a Digital, Data, and Technology (DDaT) role. The author observes a persistent pressure to "do more with less" and "deliver faster," which often leads to immediate implementation without adequate time to critically assess if the correct problems are being addressed or if policy intentions are fully understood. How can civil service teams ensure they are solving the right problems, not just delivering quickly?

This person is in a bad place where they cannot pinpoint the actual problem solve. This creates a sense of being stuck. We look at how the toolkit might be helpful to someone who is experiencing these negative challenges.
