The Clarksville Keys Podcast

On this episode of the Clarksville Keys Podcast, Travis Egan sits down with Pati Ellens, Realtor with Keller Williams Realty and creator of Blooming Roots, to talk about her journey from Poland to Clarksville, military life, real estate, and what eventually made Clarksville feel like home.

Pati was born and raised in Poland and spent much of her early life overseas before moving to the Fort Campbell area in 2019. She purchased her first Clarksville home sight unseen, an experience that now shapes how she helps military families, relocation clients, and first-time homebuyers navigate major moves.

We talk about what surprised her most about real estate, why Clarksville’s diversity stands out, what military families should know when they first arrive, and why communication and customer care are such a big part of the way she does business.

Pati also shares some of her favorite Clarksville spots, the story behind her Blooming Roots brand, and why moving away helped her realize just how much Clarksville had become home.

Plus, we wrap things up with the Clarksville Keys Quick Six.
