“So, when we wanted to actually higher our first developer, we actually didn’t know how to interview that person. We didn’t know what to ask him during that interview. Consistency, I think is very important. One of the things that I and Ganesh always say is that getup-dress up and show up. So, I feel early-stage start-ups need to do a lot of collaborations. This is not something you can actually completely build out on your own. Of course, there is marketing and there is a growth hack but being able to partner with people is very important and the partnerships could be on all fronts.” Utkarsh

And for me, I am not a sustainability expert, I am not you know, an eco-professional, but even just a consumer myself as a person, I wanted to do better, I wanted to do more, I wanted to understand, you know when it comes to sustainability, when it comes to ethics, when it comes to our wellbeing and how all of these are interconnected it’s just so cool to learn about and I get to do that while I make a living. I mean what more could you want.”
