During the August 19th episode, Corey and Neil discussed Jeffrey Epstein’s suicide and we’ll have attorney Lawrence Walters joining the discussion as a special guest to have an open discussion about the Epstein case, sex trafficking and how all of this has nothing to do with adult entertainment, as well as evidence of Instagram and Facebook’s expanded repudiation of the industry. Finally, we will be discussing the Supreme Court ruling decided just last month that impacts the clothing line “FUCT”, and this thing called the Lanham Act’s prohibitions on trademark registration – in particular, the one prohibition applying to marks that “consist of or comprise immoral or scandalous matter.”

(It’s confusing but relevant, Corey will explain!) Also on the table are the idea of assumed names — and why they suck — and issues related to cryptocurrencies. Specifically, why more performers are accepting them in various forms and why this could be trouble if not handled correctly.
