Have to touch base on the Santa issue that caused a stir on my instagram last week. People were very angry at me for telling the truth which was such a strange feeling. I also am trying to clear my money blocks and regulate my nervous system thanks to EFT tapping. I have no clue how it works or why it works but it totally works. If im feeling unsafe or anxious I will tap and within a few minutes I can feel my nervous system start to regulate and my heart rate come down. Will keep you inform how it goes.

we abruptly ended S3 where I had the beginnings of a live anxiety attack whilst recording. So we begin with an update on the last 4 months, where I am emotionally physically and mentally.

I tried the Carnivore diet and talk through my experience with that. Spoiler alert… I hated it.

This week after a day of masking and being over tired I have the start of an anxiety attack. I am learning more about my ADHD and my triggers and being run down from masking in social situations is going on the top of my list. Please be kind. Its taken me a week to pluck uo the courage to post as I feel super embarrassed
