Everybody talks about gratitude, don’t they? If there’s one piece of advice people are handing out, it’s to practise feeling grateful.
Originally sceptical about the benefits of gratitude, Ruth started her practice because she felt ‘she should,’ expecting it to have no real impact in her life. However, she soon discovered the benefits of gratitude are IMMENSE. Her practice has managed to get her through the toughest times of her life. And it can do the same for you!

When people think about coaching, their minds often hop straight to life coaching. But there are other niches and areas of coaching that exist. Business coaching is one path you can take! Our student, Sara Mobarhanfard, has chosen to coach entrepreneurs. In today’s episode, Ruth chats to Sara Mobarhanfard about business coaching for entrepreneurs.
After spending 10 years in the construction industry, she quit the corporate world and began a fashion brand in 2018. And now, she’s turned her passion – business consulting – into a full time career. She finds the best way to help her clients is through providing business coaching.
She used to believe “If you have the right business strategy, and you understand the market well and you do all the right things, then that’s it – you have a good recipe and you make it work.” But now, as a coach, she thinks differently.
